Inventory has increased to 14. Market Action Index Market Narrative Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. However, prices have not yet stopped falling. Since the market is already in the Seller's zone, expect prices to level off very soon. Should the sales trend continue expect that prices could climb from there. Median List Price Market Segments CONDOS This week the median list price for San Jose, CA 95135 is $799,888 with the market action index hovering around 30. This is less than last month's market action index of 34. Inventory has increased to 54. Market Action Index Market Narrative In terms of supply and demand, the market is getting cooler - more supply is coming on the market relative to the sales demand. However, in recent weeks prices have been moving higher. Since it is technically a Buyer's market, this price trend may be a result of improved quality (newer, larger homes) of the homes being listed.
