Cribari
Built between 1967 and 1972, Cribari was the first village. There are 576 single and
two-story properties (with each floor a separate condominium) from 947 to 1,348 square feet,
and each features a carport rather than a private garage.
Montgomery
Built in 1971, Montgomery was the second village in the Villages. It has a range of
single-story villas with an average size of around 1,200 square feet. There are 351
properties all with private garages.
Hermosa
Hermosa, built in 1975, was the first to have single-family homes, of which there are 74.
It has 146 single and two-story properties with 196 villas. Many homes
have golf course views, and sizes vary up to 1,900 square feet.
The Heights
Completed in 1978, The Heights consists of 23 single-story and two-story buildings with
72 villas. The average size of the villas is 1,584 square feet. Some properties have
excellent views of the mountains.
Verano
Verano has a mix of 235 villas and single-family homes built in 1980. There are 86
207 villas and 28 single-family homes. The average size is 1,578 square feet.
Some properties have golf course views, and some have views of the mountains.
Del Lago
Built in 1985, Del Lago has 55 single-story and two-story buildings with 174 villas.
Sizes range from 1,184 to 1,760 square feet with an average of 1,522 square feet.
Del Lago is built around a number of lakes.
Highland
Built in 1987, Highlands has 115 single-story buildings with 210 villas and 49 single-family
homes with an average of 1,650 square feet. Some properties have excellent golf course views,
while others have mountain views.
Glen Arden
Glen Arden was built between 1989 and 1992, and consists of 25 two-story buildings,
which contain 120 single-floor villas. Properties range in size from 1,265 to 1,804
square feet, with an average size of approximately 1,800 square feet.
Olivas
Olivas built in 1992, has 165 single-story buildings and 207 villas. It has 75
Single-Family homes, referred to as The Estates, inside Olivas.
Villas typically range from 1,365 to 2,564 square feet with an average of 1,967.
Fairway
Built in 1996, Fairway is the smallest of the villages with 8 single-story buildings
containing 22 villas ranging from 1,415 to 1,675 square feet with an average of
1,557 square feet.
Sonata
Sonata was built in 1998, with 42 single-story buildings
containing 102 villas. The average size is 1,770 square feet. Del Lago and
Sonata are essentially a combined village.
Valle Vista
Completed in 1999, Valle Vista was the last village to be built and has a number
of properties with spectacular views across Silicon Valley. It has 23 single-story
and 2-story villas, totaling 72 properties. Sizes are the largest in the Villages,
with an average of 2,165.
